These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your relationship withComplete Imperial Insulation as a service provider. By accessing the Site, submitting a contact form, scheduling an estimate, or hiring us to perform work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who interact with the Site or our services.
Complete Imperial Insulation provides insulation and related home improvement services in Imperial County, California and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and commercial insulation work.
All services are provided by qualified personnel and performed in accordance with applicable California building codes and energy standards. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion without explanation.
Estimates provided by Complete Imperial Insulation are based on an in-person inspection of the work area and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing. An estimate is not a contract and does not obligate either party until a written agreement or work order is signed by both parties.
Prices quoted are for the scope of work described in the estimate. If conditions are discovered during the project that materially differ from what was visible at the time of the estimate - such as hidden moisture damage, pest activity, structural issues, or concealed materials - we will notify you promptly and provide a revised quote before proceeding with any additional work.
Prices listed on the Site, if any, are for general informational purposes only and do not represent a binding offer. Final pricing is determined by written estimate following an in-person assessment.
Once a project date is scheduled and confirmed, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs, as outlined in your written agreement.
We will make every reasonable effort to honor your scheduled appointment. In the event that we need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control - including equipment failure, severe weather, or crew illness - we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available date.
For spray foam insulation jobs requiring you to vacate the premises, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to be absent during installation and for the re-entry period specified in your work order. We are not liable for any costs or inconvenience arising from your failure to vacate as agreed.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon project completion. For larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total project cost prior to scheduling the work.
We accept payment by check, cash, and electronic payment methods as agreed. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed.
Refunds or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@insulationimperial.com if you have a concern about a payment or invoice.
Complete Imperial Insulation stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty terms are provided in your written agreement and vary by service type and materials used. Where manufacturer warranties apply to materials installed by our team, we will provide you with the relevant documentation at project completion.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including water intrusion, pest activity, structural movement, modifications made by others after our work is complete, or failure to maintain the work area as instructed. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.
Information on the Site, including cost estimates and service descriptions, is for general informational purposes only and may not reflect current conditions, pricing, or regulatory requirements. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imperial County, California for any dispute arising under these Terms.
